Narrow Trail & The Tom Thumb Good Neighbor Program Dear Friends of Narrow Trail Cowboy Church, Narrow Trail Cowboy Church is now a member of the Tom Thumb Good Neighbor Program. Tom Thumb believes in working together with their customers to support programs that improve the quality of life in the communities they serve. They are committed to assisting non-profit organizations that are important to their customers and their families. Tom Thumb offers customers a way to direct donation dollars to their favorite church, school or other non-profit organization just by shopping for weekly groceries. Through the Good Neighbor Program, we have been assigned an exclusive account number (Narrow Trail Cowboy Church #11834). Friends of Narrow Trail Cowboy Church can then link our account number to their Reward cards. You can link Narrow Trail Cowboy Church to your Reward card by completing a Reward Application Form at any Courtesy Booth. Fill in the top portion and the "Good Neighbor Program" section, indicating our account number to link to your card. Narrow Trail Cowboy Church #11834 Tom Thumb will send us 1% of the total purchases at the end of each calendar quarter (March, June, September, and December). If purchases total less than $2,500, purchases will automatically roll over to the next quarter. So remember to shop and shop often! Thank you for partnering with Narrow Trail Cowboy Church and Tom Thumb in helping our communities such wonderful places to live. ** PLEASE FORWARD TO FREINDS AND FAMILY ** To Add Narrow Trail Cowboy Church #11834 to your Tom Thumb Reward Card Go to http://www.tomthumb.com/GN_DALLAS.pdf Print this form, fill it out, and return to any Tom Thumb Courtesy Booth If you don’t already have a Tom Thumb Reward Card, you can go to http://www.tomthumb.com/club_card.asp or pick one up at your local Tom Thumb. FAQ's: 1.) Can I link my Reward card to more than one organization? Up to three organizations per household may be linked. Your total purchase amount will be divided equally among the organizations designated on the Reward cards in each household. To maximize the contribution level, we recommend choosing only one organization per household. 2.) What if I already have my Reward card linked to an organization, but decide that I want to change it? You can change your designated organization at any time by completing a Reward Application Form at any Courtesy Booth. Fill in the top portion and the "Good Neighbor Program" section, indicating what account number to link or delink on your card. 3.) Do I have to give the organization's number every time I make a purchase? No. Once your Reward card is linked to your specified organization, that's it! Every time you make a purchase using your Reward card, the total purchase will be automatically credited to your organization. 4.) What purchases are excluded? Pharmacy, fuel, alcoholic beverages, and tobacco products do not count toward the purchase amount credited to the Good Neighbor Program accounts. 5.) I forgot to give the cashier my Reward card. Can I bring in my receipt tomorrow to be sure that my organization gets the credit for that purchase? No. A customer's Reward card must be scanned at the register prior to having your groceries scanned. Data to determine Tom Thumb' contribution to Good Neighbor Program organizations is collected electronically through the magnetic strip on your Reward Card. Therefore, we are only able to credit the organizations with purchases made through the Reward Card. Purchases made prior to the Reward Card being linked to the organization do not count toward the Good Neighbor Program. Purchases are not retroactive.
